Reviews of Siayan Travellers Inn in Manila Philippines

I discovered Siayan Travellers Inn at the outside information desk at the airport in Manila. The hotel driver picked me up at the airport and it was a short trip to the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and I felt very welcome. The fridge was stocked with beer, soft drinks and snacks, all very reasonably priced, so I did not have to go back out looking for a 7/11. I did not encounter any cockroaches and the TV stations were limited.

Staff was helpful, air condition was cold, little water pressure but hot and it is very close to terminal 4 Zest air and other terminals. No problem with free transportation to airport, hotel is not for scenic view. I had deluxe room, clean no bugs with comfortable bed and the TV was fine with many channels.

Nice bathrooms, big rooms but let down by flat screen TV with no cable and only one filipino channel was working. The excuse was the subscription was not paid, more especially for those who have a stopover. It was tough, no CNN or movies.

Free shuttle from airport and back to airport. The room and bathroom was clean, with clean towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and even toothbrush and toothpaste.The room has flat screen cable TV. 24 hour food service with Jollibee and Shakey's opposite. The hotel can order for you, so there is no need to walk there when it is raining.

The location is acceptable, staff is unprofessional and the room is dated and dirty. The bathroom had bugs everywhere and taking a shower was like having 4 kids shoot water guns at me, in other words, no water pressure. Construction noise around the clock, the view was horrible and the front and back areas of the hotel were very dirty.
