The Hotel Was Nice In
Appearance |
This hotel was nice in appearance and the staff always smile. The unfortunate
part is that they schedule weddings and parties every night on the
weekend and they don't inform the guest about it. Loud base vibrates
your room until midnight or 1am. People running up and down the
halls laughing and screaming. The staff are unwilling to turn down
the volume and the rooms are filled with smoke. |

My Stay Was Pleasant |
My stay here was pleasant and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I
liked the room, it is big and the furniture looks new. I have learned
that the hotel was recently renovated and the breakfast was good.

It Is Newly Renovated |
If you are looking for a hotel in Quezon City, then
this is one of the better options. It is newly renovated, so the
rooms and facilities are much better than they were before under
the old management. There are restaurants and convenient stores
near the hotel. Some rooms face the street. Expect to hear noise
even in the middle of the night.

Staff Was Rude |
This place has a lot of potential especially with
its recent renovations. The front desk staff were too busy looking
at their computers and chatting to one another. The banquet sales
were also arrogant and we expected better service.

I Had A Bad Experience |
The Sulo Riviera Hotel in Quezon City is a rip-off.
Prices are not what they advertise and they can't wait to get their
hands on your credit card. They outright lied about their business
centre, saying that it is open 24 hours, but they closed at 6PM
just when the rest of the world is opening up. There was no amenities
and my room was in a shabby wing where they stacked old furniture.
The swimming pool was closed for a publicity shoot! |
