Lack Of Maintanance |
My first impression of the lobby was that it was
acceptable and checking-in ran smoothly. The room was on the 21st
floor and my intial reaction when the door opened was one of shock
at the smell of the room. The smell could not be associated with
anything I could find and I found myself escaping the room every
30 minutes for air. Like so many hotels in Manila it has seen better
days the decor, the age and lack of maintenance over a long period
of time have taken their toll. |

The Place Is Disgusting |
This place probably has seen better days. The lobby looks like it has been
kept up and the room's carpets, comforter, water is rusty and were
all disgusting. The appliances are old and poorly maintained.

My Vacation At Sunnette
Tower |
Sunette Tower is an older building in the heart of nightlife in Makati . It
may not be as elegant as many of the hotels in the area . But for
the money it's a great deal. Their 1 bedroom suite actually has
two small bedrooms, bathroom, living room and a full kitchen. This
room Includes daily room cleaning with clean linens. |

The Hotel Is Old And
Run Down |
The website shows a nice and clean place with lots
of amenities. The hotel is old and run down. There was a huge cockroach
on the floor and a spider on the phone. The rooms smell funny, the
toilet seat is broken, and the phone system is unreliable to make
outgoing and receive incoming calls. Spend more money and get a
better place. |

Room Service Did A Good
Job |
The reception staff where very nice and helpful,
we were given a nice room with the furniture which is a little bit
old but that was fine. The only problem was that in one of the bathrooms
there was no hot water and room service did a good job.
