Reviews of Caribbean Waterpark And Resotel in Negros Oriental Philippines

We stayed in a huge room with air condition, free WiFi, sky TV and the swimming areas were clean, well maintaned and life guards were present at all times. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. The kids and myself had a great time and will be back again. The price was great and there are no eating places inside the resort.

On their website, it said no food and drinks allowed but was surprised when everyone had brought along food and drinks with them without being charged for corkage. We stayed for 2 hours, nice theme park for kids to enjoy. The staff was rude and uncaring. The pools and toilets were dirty.

The room has very basic amenities that are equivalent to cheap rooms at a much higher price. The room is cleaned everyday and towels were changed everyday. There was no soap, only 1 electrical outlet, I guess people check in here for the resort amenities like swimming pools, but not recommended for a business trip unless you are desperate.

Our room was good but on the second level directly opposite the major slide access. Teenagers use the slide till late and the noise is bothersome. If you are into water slides and water themes this place is ideal, especially if you have children. Many and varying pools to choose from, so if small children are part of your party keep a close eye on them. The WiFi connection was slow and the food service was also slow.

Caribbean Waterpark and Resotel is the first and only themed waterpark in Bacolod. You will surely enjoy the slides and the pools. Huts can be used for free. Though the park gets really crowded especially during the weekends. The food is okay but a bit expensive, so just bring your packed food if you do not want to spend.
