Quiet An Enjoyable Stay |
It was a quiet an enjoyable stay. Internet worked
better than previous stays. It has nice rooms, with a nice view
from across the street to the ocean from the deck outside and has
a nice pool. Staff is great, but do not expect an impersonal stay.
Management was probably changing hands soon after we left, but I
doubt if it will change the character of this small resort all that
much. |

The Rooms Are Nicely
Furnished |
We were very disappointed with our one night stay
here. Basically the owners have built their property on the plot
and immediately alongside have built another property housing 3
rooms and a communal lounge. The rooms are very nicely furnished,
clean and spacious. The hotel calls itself a boutique hotel which
is a little pretentious. The breakfast was good and hotel was only
15 minutes from the airport. |

Casa Margaritha |
Casa Margaritha is not really a hotel, essentially
it is just somebodies house that is rented out to visitors. It is
located in the middle of nowhere and it is not that easy get transport
into Dumaguete or to arrange tours to anywhere else. There is no
restaurant at the Casa Margaritha, nor are there any within walking
distance, you will need your own transport. |

Wonderful Open Facilities |
Reality is this establishment is as complete of bed
and breakfast as you will find in Europe or USA. Room was perfect,
hot showers with good pressure and silent air conditioner and awesome
ceiling fan. The hotel has a classy decore and wonderful open eating
facilities. Great staff and very helpful. |
