Reviews of Harold's Ecolodge in Negros Oriental Philippines

The bungalow we stayed in was nice and big and let a lot of light in. The only wrong thing with this place is there is no restaurant or even a shop so you have to take a taxi or bike to town which is 7 kilometre away. The location is beautiful and quiet.

The place is amazing. It is a nice location in the mountains next to the Casaroro Waterfalls. The cottages are in the middle of a garden and you fall asleep to the sounds of insects and frogs, which is not bad at all. There is no air conditioning because it is already cold up in the mountains.

The staff were friendly, helpful and there is a pool table. They do not have a restaurant but there is a kitchen so you can cook your own food.

As a solo traveler and your budget is tight better stay in the dormitory it will cost you less. On the first 2 days I stayed in a room good for 2 but I was disappointed by the air condition. The dormitory is good.
