An Affordable Hotel |

An affordable hotel within downtown Zamboanga City.
Almost everything is just a few minutes walk away. The hotel is
located at the fourth to sixth floors of Fidela Building. Upon arrival,
I did not know where to go as there did not seem to be an appointed
lobby at the ground floor. From the outside, the building looks
quite old but inside, it is relatively well-maintained. My room,
a superior matrimonial room was quite spacious. The air conditioning
was cool but quite noisy. Free breakfast was good and the rooftop
restaurant has an amazing panoramic view of the city.

Perfect For Group Of
Travellers |

The rooms are spacious. The room for two can easily
accommodate 4 people, saving you lots of money. I could smell the
cigarette smoke coming in from the vents although all of us in the
room are non-smokers. It is okay for the price. Service is average
for a hotel in this price range. Location is supreme. It is just
one tricycle ride away from the downtown but I guess so are other
hotels. It is just right for a group of travelers on a budget. |

Offer Excellent Food |

This hotel is recommended for travelers looking for
a budget clean comfortable hotel located in the city proper. The
hotel is undoubtedly housed in an old commercial building but the
inn itself is well maintained the floors were tiles and shiny, the
rooms and fixtures were clean, bathroom was provided with basic
needs with hot and cold water, although some lights in our room
were not working. The restaurant on the rooftop provides good view
of the city and offers excellent choice of food and beverages. |

The Hotel Is Very Well
Kept |

The hotel was very well kept. The room floor, tables,
everything was very neat and the floors were shiny. The staff at
the reservation desk were very polite and helpful. The price was
good. We had very cool to luke warm showers. The second thing was
it was very dark lighting in the rooms. I'm talking like 40 watt
bulbs and it was fairly dark!
