The Breakfast Was Superb |
| A short road trip brought us to La Planta Hotel
in Bais City. The staff was very attentive and the room was clean
and well equipped. The air condition worked well as did the TV.
The breakfast was superb. Overall an extremely pleasant stay and
we would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Bais City. Thank
you to all the staff and we look forward to visiting again. |

It Has A Nice Swimming
Pool |

I found the La Planta to be a clean hotel, considering
its location. It is in a very small town on Negros Island. It has
a nice swimming pool and a nice restaurant on the premises. They
set up a Whale and Dolphin watching tour for us. All in all, I had
a very relaxing and wonderful stay for the two days I was there.

Satisfied With My Stay |

I was told that the hotel is relatively new, used
to be an old ice plant. The exterior had a Spanish kind of touch.
Reception area was quite modest, furnishing not bad either! The
rooms were average but clean. Food served during breakfast was nothing
special. I guess, I was satisfied with my stay with the service
making up for the neutral feeling I had when I stayed there! |

Poor Customer Service |

When trying to arrange a wedding and reception at
this hotel, I was given the complete brush off and run around. Apparently
no one can handle these type of arrangements accept the Manager.
The Manager is never available or even at the property. I was told
to send an email but was given the wrong email address. I was then
given another email address and after 10 days still have not received
a response. I was given two additional phone numbers to call however,
these were just numbers to another desk clerk who could not help
me. |
