Cockroach In My Room |
| Nice size room and it is right next to SM Mall.
The problems with the hotel are there is karaoke going on late at
night that you can hear, the internet reception kept going in and
out and I killed a cockroach in my room. |

Public Transport Was
Easy To Catch |
| The room was spacious and clean. The bed and sheets
were comfortable too. Most especially public transport was easy
because the hotel is at the city's centre. |

Happy And Satisfied |

I was happy and satisfied with their service. The
hotel is clean and the rooms are big, except the last night we stayed
we asked for hot water very early morning for coffee before check-
out. There was no hot water, the front desk said the kettle was
broken. Best of all I kept my documents in their safety box for
two week! |

Very Nice Staff |
| My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the MO2 Westown
Hotel (San Juan) in Bacolod City. We stayed in a very nice room
on a high floor. Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet.
The hotel staff were very nice to us and they saw to our every need.
