Reviews of Nature's Village Resort in Negros Oriental Philippines

I had the great pleasure of staying here again for 8 nights. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The staff always remembered my name whenever I stay in this hotel and that made me feel very welcomed. The resort is undergoing further changes with the addition of more rooms, so things are looking good for them in the future.

My experience with Nature's was very shameful to say. I noticed that the staff were easily irritated with multitude orders. Though it was mentioned during planning before the party that we might need a lot of staff and crew and food reserves during the party. Yet they were not able to game plan it. Sadly and shamefully saying the service was poor and the quality of food was poor. It is not worth the wait and the money spent. Maybe if I was a Star or VIP guest, maybe they can cater me with what I need and what I want. But sadly some guests that were their not so famous and rich are not entertained well. Too bad the experience i have with them is a shame!

Nature's Village Resort provides you with an experience of staying in a hacienda-type accommodation. Nothing fancy, the furnitures are mostly wooden-crafted, some amenities are even organic. The ambience is sheer peaceful, serene and fresh. No elevator, lobby and an air conditioner. But if you are from the city, and would like to experience a laid-back, country- living, this place is definitely for you. I enjoyed my three nights in this place. The staff are really nice and our rooms are cleaned everyday. The bed is comfortable and bathroom is decent.

I felt like it is my resort, the staff were friendly, courteous and offer good service. The pool is kept clean everyday. Food is good and reasonable. Not to forget the nice breeze in the garden all they need is a hammock so you can enjoy the outdoor. This resort may not be a five star but was good enough for what I was looking for...The district and the new mall are just about 2 minutes walk from the resort .

The rooms are big and well-maintained. The staff and the restaurant people are all courteous, warm and helpful. Some food in their restaurant are quite pricey. The farm and the swimming pool are indeed attractions of this hotel. This hotel is quite far from the city proper but it is close to the malls and stores.
