I expected the place to be average after seeing pictures
on the internet but unfortunately, it was below average. The beds
were uncomfortable, the TV had no clear reception and the food at
the minibar was bordering expiration. They had hot water, the bathroom
was large and the staff are very accommodating. This place is good
for people on a budget. |

Warm Welcome |

They gave us a warm welcome, very accommodating, very clean, friendly and attentive
staff. They gave us a welcome complimentary snacks. You could see
they try hard to make our stay very comfortable. The room was very
clean, the bathroom and the toilet was also clean. Highly recommended!

The Place Is Awesome |
|
We stayed here for 3 days. When we arrived at the Pension House all their staff
standing in the entrance and they gave us a very warm welcome with
a souvenir necklace. Their staff are very helpful, very friendly
and very accommodating. The rooms are good, cleaned and well maintained.
Breakfast is served on time and taste good. The place is safe and
quite. Their place is awesome.

Great Experience |

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They will
assist you in every way that they can, find tricycles for you, give
maps, give directions, help you on your Puerto Princesa adventure.
Very accessible location, too. Plus, the place is really nice, perfect
on a budget humble abode. Rooms are comfy, with free WiFi access.
There are big umbrellas and tables and chairs outside, perfect for
chilling out. Free breakfast is also included, although servings
are small. But it was still a great experience! |

Good Customer Service |

We stayed in this place for two days. Although it
is not located in the downtown proper, you can easily reach here
by pedicab. Their staff are very friendly. You can ask them for
some tips on how to go around Puerto Princesa and what places to
see around the city. They can arrange tours for you.
