Magnificent View |
We held our family reunion at this place. We were
a group of 40 people, so we had occupied the whole resort. We really
had a good time here. The staffs were friendly and helpful, the
rooms were clean and the view was magnificent. The only thing that
my other family members didnt appreciate much was the breakfast.
But it is understood because we paid much less than what other hotels
might require for full board meals. I think we got a quite good
deal for this package tour. So, thank you very much to all the staff
of Mountain Bay, you made our Palawan experience amazing and unforgettable. |

We Were Disappointed |
On the website it was so impressive but in reality, we were a little disappointed.
It has been a long day for us and when we tried to order food for
dinner everything on the menu is the easiest word a resort staff
to say "wala" so the thing I did was asked what they have
since we don't know the city much and we were so tired to go out
and have dinner. They only have 1 can of coke and 1 can of orange
so we took it. We advised for an early breakfast but nothing was
served.

Not A Perfect Place |
This really is a place of Horror! We only stayed
for 1 night and left this place, although we paid upfront for 4
nights. Water was leaking in at several places, even at the electricity
outlets. Power was cut off during night and no candles were provided.
This Hotel is not running for guest. tay in this hotel. |

Very Reasonambe |
Website and facebook page for this place looks reasonably
impressive though in reality there were a number of things that
was disappointing. No one ever cleaned our room and the place did
not have any tour information nor do they have a map at all. For
breakfast, the staff initially was not sure if bacon was available.
The rooms were relatively clean and fair value for its money.

Loved The Serenity And
Peace Of THE Place |
The resort is 20 minutes away and by experiencing
rough road, we know we are remotely away from noisy and packad tourist
accomodations. The first thing when we arrived was to bug spray
all rooms. That was me being protective. It is also the guests responsibility
to ask before hand any details. I definitely appreciate the peace
and serenity of the place.
