Reviews of The Lotus Garden Suites in Puerto Princesa Philippines

Awful place where no one cares and there are better places to stay in this price range. The rooms are very old and need major renovations along with their outdoor bathrooms. There is nothing nice or romantic here. The burning that takes place behind your bathroom is a daily occurrence so the smoke is a constant. Then the many roosters, dogs, and cats that are up every hour of the night will not let you sleep. There is also the very busy road in front and on the side of this place.

The room was big, but no windows,it was pretty dingy and smelled moldy and musky. I had to leave our front door open constantly to air out the room. Common area is nice and staff was friendly, but that does not make up for the room. Breakfast was decent, location is good, close to the airport and some bars on the main strip.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, very nice and relaxing surroundings. The amenities are a little in need of care. Loved the breakfast which set you up for the day. Palawan itself is very clean and accommodating to tourists, made you feel very safe with a high visible tourist police presence to ensure a fair deal and low crime rate. Palawan caves are unbelievable and the whole trip experience amazing.

The hotel staff are so helpful and informative. We booked a premium room and such a spacious one. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the airport. So convenient to everything. We avail the tours the island hopping, the underground river and most is the irawan eco park. Thank you guys for the nice experience.

Me and my husband spent 4 nights here. Nice location, employees were so hospitable and kind. The food was good and delicious. The hotel was clean and orderly with nice decors.
