The hotel is very basic, they could use a bar and pool. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly, but they should consider a few altercations.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming, they made us feel very comfortable. We stayed in the Junior Suite, the rooms were nice and spacious. The bathrooms were nice and big and the shower worked perfectly. The staff were very helpful and they always checked to make sure that we were satisfied with the service. This is a great family hotel, the staff make you feel like you're at home. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is an added bonus, they are located close to all malls, stores, restaurants and anything else you could possibly need. The rooms are in urgent need of better windows, the current windows are very small and the room feels stuffy.

The rooms are very small and uncomfortable The bathrooms are very cramped and showering is a hassle. There is no breakfast included in you're accommodation, so you have to pay an additional fee. I really feel like I wasted money here.
