Our apartelle complex is situated in Nova Tierra village in Lanang, approx 5Km from downtown davao and near to the international airport. The village itself is quiet and secluded and we have 24hr front desk check-in and security on site for your peace of mind.

Accommodation

Our fully furnished apartments are spacious and with no expense spared. Each one features double beds, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, Sky TV, a fully fitted kitchen, refrigerator, dining suite and balcony. Or, if you prefer, we have several hotel style rooms which feature a double bed, en suite bathroom, and Sky TV. Housekeeping is included for all our guests. Located in the garden is a swimming pool and several covered seating areas to relax in.

All of our apartments are different and this allows us to cater for different group sizes and lengths of stay. Our smallest room features a double bed and en suite bathroom, ideal for singles or couples who don't want to cook and would rather eat out or use our room service. Our largest apartment features a double bed, kitchen, en-suite bathroom and dining area and is especially popular amongst our long term residents.All rooms and apartments are fully air conditioned and furnished in bamboo furniture. They all feature spacious en-suite bathrooms with hot showers. Our apartments contain everything you need to cook your own food including a gas cooker, refrigerator, toaster, cooking utensils and cutlery.

Alternately you can always order food from the bar, delivered to your room or to our poolside area. All rooms and apartments include air conditioning, hot showers, cable TV, telephone and hard-wired Internet sockets. We have our own back-up generator and deep fresh water well to ensure your comfort during all eventualities. All units are available for short stays and long term lets. Please note, apartments are for 2 adults max, extra adult bed is available for P250 extra per night. Children in the same room are free of charge.

The Pirates British Bar

The Pirates British pub is a fully licensed bar catering for everyone even if your not staying at drifters. The pub is located underground so it naturally stays cool all year round, however it is also air conditioned to ensure this. We stock all the San Miguel beers and several international brews, and our spirits cabinet is as extensive as you're likely to find in Davao. The pub features a large size billiards (pool) table and a darts board. If you just want to relax with a beer, we have daily newspapers and cable TV showing sports and news, just make your request to the bar maid. If you fancy a bite to eat, we have a pub menu which includes British and Filipino foods from small snacks to full meals.

Getting at Apartel

If you are arriving by air, we can arrange to pick you up from the airport. This service is available by appointment and you should contact us early in the first instance. We can also help to arrange visits to all the local attractions including Pearl Farm, Talikud island, Samal island and of course all the nightlife venues in Davao.
