Jotay is a small friendly resort, restaurant and bar located right on the beach in the north eastern tip of the Philippines in the Cagayan Valley. Surrounded by the waters of the Babuyan Channel, South China Sea and the Pacific Ocean. Jotay is ideal for snorkelling, fishing, whale and dolphin watching,
hiking or just lazing on one of the many beaches. |
Accommodation at Jotay Resort:
Jotay Resort offers clean, modern comfortable rooms, all with
air conditioning and hot or cold shower and toilet. It is sited in a quiet
position yet close to the town centre, adjacent to the beach and with
a large secure parking area.
Day visitors
Jotay Resort welcomes day visitors and provides them with a separate shower
and toilet block available for their use as well as two beach kubos each
with its own BBQ area.
Hotel Facilities and Services:
Function Rooms
Jotay Resort has two function rooms. The larger one has air conditioning
and is suitable for up to 60 persons and is ideal for meetings, seminars,
training, weddings and baptisms. The smaller one is fully air conditioned
and ventilated and is suitable for 10/12 persons. It is also the executive
videoke room.
Swimming Pool
Jotay Resort has a pool for all guests and day visitors.
Jotay Farm
Jotay Farm, situated just a few minutes from the resort, is able to provide
organic chicken, ducks, turkeys, geese, eggs and vegetables, mainly for
our own restaurant. It also has one deluxe room, one three bedroom condo
unit and two one bedroom condo units for nightly, short or long time rentals.
Shuttle Bus
Jotay Resort will arrange all your transportation needs by air conditioned
van, especially
to and from Tuguegarao airport.
Activities:
Jotay Resort has bicycles, canoes, body boards, knee boards, water skis,
towables, wind surf and snorkels for hire.
Snorkel
Snorkel at the Siwangag Cove where over 75 different corals and 100's
of species of fish can be seen.
Hike
We can organize guided hikes into the Sierra Madre mountains, Santa Clara
Falls, and across Palaui Island.
Boat Trips
We can arrange trips for fishing, to remote white-sand beaches or for
snorkeling to nearby Palaui Island or to visit Cape Engano and its lighthouse.
Our own speedboat is available or we can arrange a local Bangka. We also
run seasonable Whale and Dolphin watching trips.
Organized Boat Trips
In association with Marine and the local boat operators association we
are able to offer both short and long trips.
Dining:
Restaurant and Bar
Jotay Resort has its own restaurant renowned for its seafood, especially
chili crabs. Jotay Resort will arrange all your meals, refreshments and
BBQ's. Relax in our friendly bar with it's extensive choice of beers,
wines and spirits. Satellite tv available.
