additional sleeping space be required. Outside there is a large private
garden with space for dining, and off street parking.

The décor is fresh and neutral throughout the house but with a
comfortable ‘home from home’ feel. The public areas feature
polished original floorboards, while the kitchen and bathroom are floored
with natural slate and the bedrooms with warm carpet.
The house has gas central heating, the cost of which is included in the
price along with electrical consumption. Bed linen and towels are provided
free of charge.

Getting there from the Information Centre
From Aberdeen Tic on union street, on exiting the Tic head left up union
street and continue to holburn junction, were union street forks into
two roads. Take the left fork onto holburn street, then take the first
right onto union grove. Continue straight through one set of traffic lights,
then across a roundabout onto Cromwell road. Number 64 is on your right
after the playing fields.
