City Wharf Serviced Apartments Aberdeen have one to four bedroom Luxury
serviced apartments in two locations in the heart of Aberdeen City.
The first, situated on the quayside of historic Aberdeen Harbour.
The second, located a few minutes to the south of Aberdeen's main shopping street, Union Street.
All of our luxury serviced apartments are within five minutes walk of Aberdeen city centre and the Union Square retail complex, the largest in Scotland.
We are close by restaurants, cinemas, pubs, shops and museums. We now have a 5 star, 5 bedroom country house available for weekly, self catering or serviced lets, 20 miles to the west of Aberdeen, with easy access to Dyce on the A96.

Our new west of Aberdeen accommodation is now open. The 5 star, luxury
guest wing of historic Logie Elphinstone house has 5 bedroom and sleeps
8.
Situated on a 140 acre estate at the foot of Bennachie, the house, built in 1670, is only 25 minutes from Dyce on the A96 and is perfect if you like to be close to the city, but like the peace and quiet of the countryside too.
Every bedroom is furnished to a high standard with down bedding. The
two master bedrooms have king size beds and en suites, the master bathroom
has a walk in shower and slipper bath.
There are two large flat screen TVs, Sky +HD, a fully fitted kitchen,
a large dinning room, a stunning sheltered courtyard, Jacuzzi, a private
island, private fishing on the Urie, miles of walks and rides

About Us:
City Wharf Serviced Apartments opened in Jan 2007. Only the third set
of Serviced apartments in Aberdeen.
Our aim was to offer travelers unrivalled quality serviced accommodation,
with a personal level of service to match, all at a reasonable price.
We now have 22 Aberdeen serviced apartments, from one to four bedrooms.
All of them right in Aberdeen city centre.
Since we opened our first serviced apartments, Aberdeen quayside has seen massive re-development. Two new multi-million pound shopping centers have been built within a few minutes walk. Barratts have built new apartments on Regent Quay and adjacent streets. Previously empty and decaying quayside buildings have been bought back to life as trendy accommodation or modern offices.
Improvements:
· King size beds have been introduced in some apartments.
· Radio alarm clocks now in all of the bedrooms
· Gluten free breakfasts and soya milk are now available
· DVDs and books are now available
· Newspapers are now available
· A new delux breakfast pack is available with sausages, bacon,
yogurt and cheese.
· Ongoing redecorating all of our serviced apartments. (An annual
event).
· Wi-Fi has been upgraded in all apartments to the new 802.11n
standard, which offers up to 5 times the speed and twice the range of
normal Wi-Fi.
· Introduce real coffee and herbal teas on request.
· We now place writing paper and pens in all apartments.
· Finally, we have had a number of comments about the amount of
wasted food. We are happy to announce that all wasted dry food (Bread,
rolls, etc) is destined for free range chickens and ducks on the Logie
Estate, Pitcaple.
Our History:
City Wharf serviced apartments first Aberdeen property opened in a newly
refurbished building at 19-21 Regent Quay, that had lain derelict for
over 40 years.
The eight, one-bedroom apartments all have stunning views over Aberdeen
Harbour.
Behind the apartments is a three bedroom cottage, that had also lain empty
and open to the elements for 40 years. The cottage has its own secluded
garden that is an oasis of peace and tranquility in the centre of a busy
city.
