Whatever the weather, our caravan holiday homes at Deeside are an ideal
base for a summer vacation, a spring or autumn short break or a cosy,
relaxing haven to escape to in winter.
Deeside Holiday Park is a friendly, family-run park set in a quiet, landscaped
location only six miles from the bustling city of Aberdeen and situated
at the gateway to Royal Deeside. Ideal base for castles, the coast, shopping,
theatre, golf outings and many more. Activities for all ages.

What to do in the area:
The North East and Royal Deeside offers a cross-section of the best features
of Scotland, all within easy reach of the Deeside Holiday Park. High hills
and long glens, attractive communities of all sizes, castles, whisky distilleries,
fishing villages, golf courses, rugged coastlines and quiet rural roads.
Aberdeen is only a short drive away (10-15minutes) where you can find
its great beach and leisure complex, swimming, skating, bowling, cinemas,
theatre, a variety of pubs, clubs and restaurants, and a good selection
of shops.

ages, set amidst 28 acres of spectacular scenic beauty on Royal Deeside.

outdoor activities for all the family including quad biking, kart racing,
archery, 4x4 off road driving, paintballing and rifle target shooting.
The park also has a restaurant and farm shop selling local produce as
well as an inside activity play area with climbing wall.

There is something for everyone at Aberdeen's beachfront leisure complex.
The leisure pool is specifically geared to families. It is the ideal place
for having fun with many water features including waves, fountain and
rapids.

Pool.The town possesses a bonny harbour with pubs, restaurants and museum,
all linked to the open air pool via a lit esplanade board walk from which
bottle-nosed dolphins can often be spotted offshore.
· Balmoral Castle and Estate , Balmoral, Ballater
- The castle has been the Scottish home for the Royal Family since 1848.
You can explore the gardens and exhibitions yourself or join in a guided
tour or the grounds. Facilities include a gift shop and coffee shop.

Directions:
We are approximately 6 miles south west of Aberdeen and easy to find.
From the south on the A90 take a left at the Bridge of Dee roundabout
as you approach Aberdeen. Follow the B9077, signposted Maryculter, for
5.5 miles until you reach the Old Mill Inn on your right. We are 100 yards
past the hotel entrance on the right.
From the north follow the A90, signposted Dundee/Perth. At the Bridge
of Dee roundabout take a right onto the B9077 signposted Maryculter. The
park is 5.5 miles along this road on the right, 100yards past the entrance
to the Old Mill Inn.
