The
Old Dairy Cottage dates back to 1709 and is located in the Royal Burgh
of Auchterarder, 500 yards from the Public Park.
Both have been renovated to a high standard and are available for holiday
lets all year round.
Morrison's Holiday Homes Accommodation
Both cottages are self contained and have their own front door but if a large party of people take the two cottages.
They can become inter-connected so that both cottages can then become one very large house with two of everything.
We can supply a roll a way bed and child's cot at no extra charge.

Each cottage sleeps 4 - 6 depending on sleeping arrangements.
The double bedrooms each have KING SIZE BEDS and there are Flat Screen TV's with Free View as well as DVD's in both lounges. We do not have Video's now.
Welcome to The Old Dairy Cottage self-catering holiday
cottages situated in the Royal Burgh of Auchterarder in scenic Perthshire
Scotland.
This unique cottage accommodation dates back to 1709.
· The downstairs holiday cottage is the original cottage and has
an en suite bedroom with KING SIZE BED as well as a bathroom (sleeps 4
- 6 depending on sleeping arrangements). It is totally self-contained
with its own entry door.
· The upstairs holiday cottage comprises of part of the original
Old Dairy Cottage (1709) but also has a large extension to the rear where
the entry door is. (Upstairs also sleeps 4 - 6 depending on sleeping arrangements.

· The upstairs and downstairs holiday cottages can
be made into one very large house and can sleep up to 10 - 12 people depending
on sleeping arrangements. Both holiday cottages are very spacious, very
well equipped,very comfortable and warm.
· Auchterarder is located in the Heart of Scotland and is perfect
holiday location for touring and also has many golf courses within 10
minutes drive.
This self contained cottage is located just 500 yards from the Public
Park and 5 minutes walk from Auchterarder Golf Course.
The cottage has been renovated to a high standard and sleeps 4 - 6 but
the number of people that can be accommodated depends on sleeping arrangements.
There is a king size bed in the double room, twin beds in the twin room
and a cot is available as well as a high chair. The cottage is available
for holiday lets all year round. We do short lets and also longer winter
lets subject to availability.
Our family have owned the cottages since the 1920's when it was a small croft and was run by the owners grandmother who was famous for her home made ice-cream which was made at the property until the 1940's.
In the 1940's a milk business was started and was expanded over the years when milk was delivered in glass bottles in Auchterarder, Gleneagles and the surrounding area until in 1996 the milk business was sold.
In 1994 we totally renovated the cottage into two cottage style apartments and since then have welcomed guests from all over the world. Norman and Hazel live beside the cottage in The Old Dairy Yard.
Visitors are always delighted when they come to the upstairs house as it is very spacious and comfortable and people return to it year after year.
The comfortable lounge is the ideal place to unwind at the end of a perfect
Perthshire day.
Watch television on our new Flat Screen TV's with Free View or watch DVD's,
listen to the radio or play your favourite music cassettes and CDs in
this relaxing electrically central heated lounge.
Our modern fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave,
refrigerator and full cooker.
The kitchen also houses a washing machine / tumble dryer.
With so much to do in Perthshire, a good night's sleep is essential to
make the most of your time at Morrison's Holiday Homes.
Our relaxing double bedroom has a KING SIZE BED and twin bedroom provides
comfortable accommodation.
Also available if required is a childs cot and high chair.
There are no extra charges for their use.
All linen and towels are supplied with the exception of the cot linen.
Relax and recharge your batteries in our bath and shower room. All towels
are provided.
Please note that both cottages are strictly non smoking but guests are
welcome to smoke outside.

Directions to Morrisons Holiday Cottages, Auchterarder, Perthshire:
Whether coming from the North or the South leave the A9 dual carriageway
at one of the signed exits to Auchterarder.
The Old Dairy Cottage is situated at the south end of Auchterarder near
to the public park and just down the road from the hospital.
If you are coming from the South you will see the public park on your
right and St. Margaret's Hospital on your left. Past the hospital entrance
you will see a road called Beechtree Place and just past that you will
see the Morrison's holiday cottage sign.
Immediately at the sign, drive straight up the lane and Ben Lawers' is
the bungalow on the left at the very back.
