This special, STB five star cottage sits in the heart of the beautiful landscape of Trinity Gask Estate, with its extensive private woodlands, wildlife ponds and stretches of the River Earn. is the perfect washing and drying room. The cottage sits in a large enclosed beech hedged garden with a coppice of silver birch trees and a collection of huge sandstone boulders. Wonderful open stretches of flat lawn make the garden ideal for dogs and children’s play. Enjoy al fresco dining on the sheltered sun terrace and partially covered decking area or relax on the sun loungers and soak in the stunning open views south over the Strathearn Valley. The cottage has been lovingly restored and successfully marries the charm of a traditional stone house with the best progressive eco-build practices.
