The
Highland Council has four superb lodges at Badaguish, situated in the
Cairngorms National Park in Glenmore, a few miles from Aviemore, just
off the road to Cairngorm.
Used primarily by groups for outdoor education, they are available for
hire during the winter holidays and at other times
There are three lodges which sleep up to 17 people in two single and
4 bunk bedded rooms, and one which sleeps up to 12 in single and twin
bedded rooms,. Each has a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining/social
area, and all have disabled access.
There is a huge range of outdoor activities available in the area, with
the Cairngorm Mountain Ski area being just minutes away. While the lodges
are in a quiet location, the bustling resort of Aviemore with a full range
of shops, restaurants and other services is just 10 minutes away by car.

Getting There by Car
Take the A9 to Aviemore. From the roundabout at the south end of the town,
take the road to Coylumbridge/Glenmore. Badaguish is well signed on the
left about 5 miles from Aviemore. The road leads through the forest into
a large clearing. Follow signs to Highland Council lodges.
