in a small woodland estate of traditional bungalows the Garden Suite is
a short walk or a two minute drive to the centre of Aviemore with its
many attractions, shops ,pubs and restaurants.
This luxuriously appointed suite includes a boutique style bedroom with king size bed, vaulted ceiling and contemporary designer en suite facility fully tiled with underfloor heating and large stainless steel and plate glass shower cabinet.
The bedroom patio doors open on to an extensive decked area with a full range of tables and seating for the exclusive use of our guests to enjoy the delightful garden area.
A full breakfast menu including a full Scottish Platter (and a full range of healthier options) is served in the delightful dining room/sun room accessed from the garden.

Breakfast
A full range of local produce (where possible) is served from
8am—9am and include eg, cereals, fresh fruit juices, mixed prepared
fresh fruit platters, full Scottish traditional breakfast or scrambled
eggs with smoked salmon all served with teas or coffee to order. Special
requests can be arranged with advance notice.
Security
Both rooms can be locked individually except the breakfast room
at breakfast time. Guests have their own keys with access through their
own patio doors. Access from the covered car parking is via guests own
private gate with automatically operated security lights. The garden and
decked areas are private with head height fencing.
