property just 100 yds from Ayr seafront and close to the town centre and

This spacious ground floor property has a large lounge with traditional
wood-burning fire. It boasts a well fitted kitchen with dining area, a
utility room with laundry facilities, a large bathroom with bath and shower
and is centrally heated.
The two bedrooms provide accommodation for up to five people with either
king size beds or single beds and there is an additional sofa bed in the
lounge.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The lounge has a large flat screen TV with DVD and free-view facilities.
Wireless internet access, local and national telephone calls are complimentary.
In the summer, the delightful garden is a great location for barbecues
to be enjoyed.
Single, twin/double or family rooms are available. Superior
Family and Double rooms have super king size beds with orthopedic mattresses

Culzean Castle, also owned by the National Trust for
Scotland, is only a 20 minute drive down the beautiful Ayrshire coastline.
The new Ayrshire Coastal Path is a must for walkers who wish to walk the
100 miles from Glenapp to Skelmorlie along beautiful coastline with the
Isle of Arran a constant backdrop.
Ayrshire with over 30 golf courses is now dubbed the
Golf Coast including fantastic links courses such as the famous Open Championship
courses Turnberry, Old Prestwick and Royal Troon and quality municipal
courses such as Belleisle and Lochgreen.
As a member of the South Ayrshire Hoteliers Golf Association special
course fees are available for guests playing at the local municipal golf
courses. Golf packages and transfers for all Ayrshire Golf Courses can
easily be arranged.

Things to do in the area:
Culzean Castle
This spectacular cliff-top castle was the stronghold of the Kennedy family
and was eventually gifted to the National Trust for Scotland. It was designed
by Robert Adam and both the architecture and gardens are popular tourist
attractions.
Burns Cottage and new Robert Burns Birthplace Museum:
Ayr is the birthplace of Robert Burns – the poet, musician and humanitarian.
The Burns National Heritage park owned by the National Trust for Scotland
consists of his birthplace – Burns Cottage; a world class museum,
the Robert Burns Birthplace Museum, the Burns Monument, Brig O’Doon
and the haunted Kirk in Alloway.
Golf South Ayrshire:
In addition to the Open Championship courses such as Turnberry, Royal
Troon and Prestwick, there are eight municipal courses which are popular
with locals and tourists. As a member of this Hoteliers Association, special
rates are available to guests.
Ayr Racecourse
Horse racing at Ayr is also popular and the regular meetings attract punters
from far and wide.
Ayr Beach:
The esplanade and wide sandy beach has attracted holidaymakers to Ayr
for many years. The Waverley paddle steamer leaves Ayr harbour for regular
excursions to the Kyles of Bute, Arran and Ailsa Craig during the summer

Ayrshire Coastal Path:
Scotlands newest long distance walking route. A beautiful coastal walk
stretching 100 miles from Glenapp to Skelmorlie. The scenery is superb
with the Isle of Arran in constant view and providing stunning sunsets.
