is a traditional granite built dwelling which has recently undergone a
complete renovation and has been finished to a very high standard, centrally
heated and double glazed throughout.
The house offers very spacious and well appointed accommodation for a maximum of 6 persons.

Dining Kitchen – Spacious dining kitchen with patio doors
leading to outside patio area, dining table for 6 Bosch dishwasher and
Neff appliances adorn the newly fitted kitchen.
Downstairs W.C, Storage Cellar. – Containing Hotpoint
washing machine and tumble dryer. The cellar is also an ideal storage
area for golf clubs, fishing tackle, bicycles or prams.

Getting There by Car
Follow the A93 from Aberdeen, driving through Royal Deeside until
you arrive at Ballater. Victoria Road branches off the main street. Using
satnav, enter the postcode AB35 5QX. The journey from Aberdeen should
take approx. 1 hour.
Getting There by Railway
The nearest train station is Aberdeen from which a regular bus
service runs to Ballater.
Getting there by Aeroplane
The nearest airport is Aberdeen.
