The Secret Garden
Welcome to Scotland's most exclusive Holiday Development. With
only 5 super luxury caravans on an elevated position overlooking the River
Tilt, to the Bridge of Tilt and to the Hills and Glens and beyond. The
above photograph speaks for itself; get away from it all in the secluded
and serene Secret Garden.
Silver Birch;
Comprises of 2 bedrooms (1 double & 1 twin) with a further fold out
bed in the lounge allowing 5 persons comfortably. All bedding is included.
A luxurious holiday home overlooking the river tilt with views to Tulloch Hill and Glen Tilt. Benefiting a spacious new balcony, great for al fresco dining, relaxing to the sound of the flowing river and observing local wildlife, including the red squirrels who have been known to join guests for breakfast!
Open plan lounge/dining kitchen area with all essentials supplied (crockery, cutlery, tea towels etc). The lounge benefits a 19" flat screen TV with integral DVD player and iPod docking. A 3 piece shower room with towels and hairdryer included.
The Pines:
This is a luxury 2 bedrooms Willerby New Horizon holiday home accommodating
4 people, set within the secluded Secret Garden of The
River Tilt Park. A large balcony overlooks the river with views to the
Glens Tilt.
It comprises of a master bedroom with en suit, a twin room and a large shower and toilet. Fully fitted kitchen with added benefit of a dishwasher.
The Pine has a large utility shed with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Fully double glazing and gas central heating, spacious living area with TV and DVD

The Touring Park
The newly developed Touring Park offers a limited number of pitches, all
with electricity, and most with fully serviced "Super Pitches"
including electric, water and drainage points.
Choose from grass, or hardstanding with lawn surround, or plechettes. The Park offers a fully heated shower block with free showers, separate laundry and washing-up room. We can accommodate extra-long units up to 36'.
The Touring Park is divided into two areas: a "no-dog" area, and one in which we permit well-behaved owners to bring their little jewels, on leads at all times though.
A small area is reserved for Tents only.

Attractions and Activities
The River Tilt Park is ideally situated by the Highland Village
of Blair Atholl. Blair Atholl is famous for the breathtaking Blair Castle
– home to the Duke of Atholl and The Atholl Highlanders, his private
army.
The Village itself boasts two Hotels, local shops and a post office.
Activities include mountain biking, pony trekking, hill walking and bowling. The working watermill and the Country Collection Museum ensure that everyone can have an enjoyable stay.
Unrivalled for the array of scenic attractions, the local area proudly boasts many places of natural beauty. The Falls Of Bruar, Glen Tilt and The Pass of Killicrankie are all manageable walks, attracting people of all ages.
The quintessential town of Pitlochry is only a 15minute drive from the Park and has a vast array of shops, the famous Festival Theatre and the equally famous Salmon Ladder at The Hydro Electric Dam, where you can see the salmon ascend to their breeding grounds.
For those who like a little Scotch, Pitlochry also offers two distilleries in which tours can be booked and samples tasted!

Getting there from the Information Centre:
From Pitlochry take the B8079 signed Blair Atholl, in village turn left
at Tilt Hotel we are then 50 metres down the road to the golf course,
on the right.
Getting There by Car:

Getting There by Railway:
From Blair Atholl Station head to village continue on the road over the
Bridge of Tilt, turn right in 50 metres after Tilt Hotel we are 50 metres
on the right.
Being 5 minutes or less from the A9 we are easily accessed at all times when you need to just get away.
