Blairgowrie HotelsRosebank House is a delightful Georgian House situated in a peaceful location on the outskirts of the town.

The house was built for a Dundee Boot and Shoe Manufacturer in 1836 and still retains many original features.

Queen Victoria visiting Balmoral in 1849 was driven by coach past Rosebank House.

We have seven bedrooms, five with en-suite facilities and one with a private bathroom. All our bedrooms are tastefully decorated in keeping with the character of the house.
