own grounds just 3 miles from Boat of Garten and 5 miles from Grantown
on Spey.
Overlooking the Cairngorms it is also situated in the Cairngorms National Park and enjoys excellent views.
Only 600 meters from the Speyside Heather Center and just minutes from Osprey Center there is stunning wildlife all around, you can watch deer and squirrels from the garden.

There is an easy ramp to the rear door.
