large white house overlooking the village green. The house stands in it's
own grounds and has a chalet within the grounds where they can store your
golf clubs, cycles, skiing equipment etc.
A ten minute walk from the golf course, a couple of minutes from some beautiful forest walks and five minutes from the famous steam railway.
They are a ten minute drive to the Osprey center, fifteen minutes from Aviemore and twenty minutes from Grantown on Spey. They have plenty of parking within our grounds.

From Aviemore follow the A95 Grantown Road for approximately five miles.
Turn right at sign post to Boat of Garten. 3/4 of a mile along this road
is the Boat House on the right opposite M & B stores.
Getting There by Railway
Mainline Edinburgh to Inverness via Aviemore. or transfer to Boat of Garten
on the Steam Railway.
Getting there by Aeroplane
To Inverness / Glasgow / Edinburgh Airports.
