Tighban
(Gaelic for White House) is a beautifully renovated stone croft house
set in its own enclosed grounds bordering a tumbling burn in the picturesque
crafting township of Harrapool.
Views from all rooms extend across Broadford Bay towards the Crowlin Islands, the island of Pabay and the surrounding mountains.

The house benefits from all modern conveniences including central heating and double glazing. The ground floor comprises, fully fitted contemporary kitchen/diner, large utility room with adjoining cloakroom / WC.
The open plan lounge provides views, wood flooring, leather suite, TV, DVD player, CD music system, choice of reading materials, maps and walking guides.
Kitchen facilities include dining table, dishwasher, fridge, integral oven and hob, microwave, washing machine and all kitchen requirements.
A pine staircase leads to spacious landing and two bedrooms: one double
and one twin with stunning views. An additional futon is available in
the twin bedroom if required.
Also upstairs is a large family bathroom with bath and separate shower
cubicle. Bedding, bed-linen, central heating and electricity included.
Location - At the end of a quiet single track road on the edge of Broadford, Tighban is a short walk from all of the amenities of Southern Skye"s town, a short drive from the Skye Bridge and walking distance from Broadford"s popular tourist attractions. Harrapool is ideally placed for easy access to the Sleat peninsular, known as "the garden of Skye" and the stunning Cuillin Mountains.
Directions to Tighban:
Broadford is on the A87. As you enter Broadford from the Sjye
Bridge,the road lading to Tighban in upper Harrapool is the left hand
turn immediately in front of the large stone Broadford sign.
Next take the right hand fork which leads you over a cattle grid –
Tighban is the last of the few scattered cottages at the end of the single
track lane.
From Broadford centre the turning will be on the right directly behind
the stone Broadford sign. Ordnance Survey Grid reference:658225 and can
be noted ont eh map as the property at the end of the track with the river
directly to its left.
