A luxury first floor apartment set within a small development close to
the centre of Callander. Ther is a secure entrance hall leading to this
self contained apartment.
Being adjacent to footpaths to the open countryside behind yet within five minutes walk to the town and the riverside park it is an ideal location for activities as well as essential facilities such as restaurants and shops.

The property sleeps up to 4 persons. There are two bedrooms, one being a double with a 6ft wide bed which can be converted to 2 single beds and benefits from en-suite facilities (vanity sink unit, WC and shower). The second is a twin with a separate bathroom immediately opposite.
The fitted kitchen incorporates integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer dryer. There is a gas hob, an electric oven and a microwave.
The lounge dining room is comfortably furnished and facilities include
a television and DVD player.
There is an allocated parking space for the apartment and further parking
in the cul-de-sac road around the property.
Whilst all bedding is included and beds will be made up on arrival, towels are not included and there is no cleaning service available during the week. The property benefits from gas central heating and all fuel costs are included in the rent. Free Internet Connection.
Bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday with keys to be collected from Dunmor House between 2pm and 4pm unless by prior arrangement.

Bike sales and Hire
The Wheels Cycling Centre was established in 1988 operating under the
name WHEELS in Callander, The Trossachs. By 1994 the range and quantity
of bikes was exceeding the capacity of the site so plans were made for
a purpose built cycling centre at a new site which opened in August 1997.
The Centre is located on the Venachar link of the SUSTRANS National Cycle Route 7. The Centre includes a bike shop and service centre.

DIRECTIONS
Getting there from the Information Centre:
Follow A84 west through the town and past the supermarket on the right.
After the next pedestrian crossing traffic lights turn right and then
left into Tulipan Court.
Getting There by Car:
From Stirling or M9 follow signs to Callander A84. From Glasgow follow
A81 to Callander. Follow directions from TIC as above.
Getting There by Railway:
Stirling Station is approximately 14 miles away.
Getting there by Aeroplane:
The nearest airport is Glasgow.
