with stunning views over the 18th hole of Carnoustie Championship Golf
Course to the sea beyond.
A recently extended and fully refurbished Victorian villa just yards from all 3 golf courses and very convenient for the town centre, leisure centre and main line railway station.
Explore the beautiful coast, quiet and dramatic glens and historic towns and villages of Angus from a friendly and well run base.
If you are touring then we are midway between Aberdeen and Edinburgh on the main east coast route.
Apart from golf of course this is a great area for cycling, walking and fishing and has numerous places of interest to visit, from Glamis Castle and Arbroath Abbey to the Royal Research Ship Discovery.
We can also provide you with routes and details of lesser known and off the beaten track places that we know of from living in the area for so long.

Links View Guest House Accommodation
Our accommodation consists of 4 double/twin bedrooms, 3 with modern en-suite shower rooms and 1 with full en-suite bathroom, including shower. Rooms can be configured as twins or super kingsize beds. One room is on the ground floor and is suitable for the ambulant disabled.
Three of the rooms have front views over the golf course and one has a side view. If you are a golfer, with the Championship, Buddon and Burnside courses on your doorstep you won’t wear out the tyres on your trolley! That’s not to mention St Andrews, Montrose, Edzell and many other nearby courses.
All rooms have free WiFi, hospitality trays, Freeview TVs, hairdryers and ironing facilities. Excellent storage and hanging facilities are to be found in all rooms with excellent quality beds, linen and furniture.
Breakfast is served in the elegant breakfast room with seating area overlooking the front garden (for guest use) and the golf course.
We cater for cyclists, walkers and golfers with drying and storage facilities available for golf trolleys, cycles etc. Packed lunches are available on request.
