as your hosts.
Glenearn is a large Victorian house in the picturesque town of Crieff in Perthshire.
It has recently been refurbished and now features a restaurant with rooms with a great relaxed atmosphere where you can eat, drink and sleep and even learn to cook!
Crieff is known as the gateway to the Highlands and is a perfect, central location for discovering Scotland at only an hour's drive from Edinburgh and Glasgow.
Crieff has great walks, cycle routes and stunning scenery as well as tourist attractions such as the Famous Grouse Glenturret Distillery.
Golf features heavily in Perthshire, and courses are plentiful, ranging from Crieff's two 18 hole courses to the renowned Gleneagles courses, only 8 miles away.
Yann's at Glenearn House is ideally situated on the main Crieff to Perth road and is just 5 minutes walk from Crieff golf course, Crieff town centre and the Crieff Hydro Hotel.

The Kitchen:
Yann was born and bred in the Haute Savoie in the French Alps, and started
cooking at the age of 13, making crepes at his parents' restaurant in
Chamonix .
At Yann's, cooking is a passion, The emphasis is on good food, kept simple and traditional, and we aim to make you feel at home in our relaxed and convivial bistro and lounge.
The Bistro-style restaurant features many dishes from
Yann's home region with specialities such as Fondue and Pierrade on the
menu as well as bistro classics like French onion soup, coq au Vin, steak
frites and tarte tatin. And of course, we would recommend that you sample
the crepes!

A relaxed and welcoming lounge awaits you for pre- dinner
drinks and coffee or digestifs.
We also offer an outside catering service for people who want to impress
and host parties without the stress of catering.
Rooms
The Location:
Crieff is ideally situated in the heart of beautiful Perthshire. It is
approximately 1 hour's drive north of Glasgow and Edinburgh.
The famous golf courses and beaches of St Andrews are also only an hour
away.
A mere 20 minutes in the car will take you to Perth for shopping, Gleneagles
for a round of golf, or to historical Stirling and its castle and old
jail.
Crieff itself is in the midst of some of Scotland's most beautiful scenery, and offers a great selection of outdoor activities, including hill walking, fishing. horse riding, golfing and hunting. Golfing is particularly popular here and there are numerous good quality local courses to choose from.
Attractions to enjoy include the Famous Grouse Experience
at Glenturret - Scotland's oldest distillery, Drummond Castle Gardens
and Auchengarrich Wildlife Centre in Comrie. Crieff Visitor Centre and
the Stuart Crystal outlet are also well worth a visit.
Yann's at Glenearn house is only a 5 minute walk from the town centre
and is just around the corner from the renowned Crieff Golf Course.
