Located at the heart of Kinloss Estate by Cupar, Garden Cottage is a beautiful,
stone-built, traditional cottage built in the early 19th century. Now
available for let as a self catering holiday cottage, it offers excellent
accommodation for a family of four wishing to visit St Andrews, Falkland,
the East Neuk, and other attractions in the Kingdom of Fife.
Dundee, Perth and Edinburgh are all within easy reach, making this an

Garden Cottage overlooks fields and paddocks and has its own mature garden
adjoining woodlands.
The Lady Burn (stream) passes close by and flows into the former Mill Pond. Guests are welcome to walk around the farm and grounds, which abound with wildlife, and can even have the use of a tennis court by prior arrangement.

The cottage has been fully modernised with oil central heating and mains
water. It is fully furnished to a high standard and has Sky television.
The living accommodation offers a sitting room, dining room, kitchen,
bathroom and wc. The sleeping accommodation comprises two bedrooms: one
double and one twin.
The cottage is let with linen and towels. There are no extra charges,
except for a fuel surcharge in winter. A welcome pack is provided with
wine, milk, butter, bread and fruit. Fresh farm eggs are provided when
available.
