Edinburgh is easily accessed – the M90 motorway is only ten minutes away and the drive to the capital takes under an hour; rail connections are good too, Ladybank station is only ten minutes away, with access to most Scottish destinations and there are bus services nearby. Fife , Perthshire, Kinrosshire, Stirling and the Trossachs, Edinburgh and much of the Highlands can also be explored from this central location.
