Dornoch Square with its many restaurants and bars as well as the cathedral, Royal Dornoch Golf Course and stunning beach are all within a 5 minute walk. Very well appointed four bedroom house in Dornoch center, with large garden, outside seating, barbecue, and direct access to Dornoch woods.
Very well located for all amenities, there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk and it is only 6 miles from Tain or 40 miles from the vibrant city of Inverness.

The garden includes a large dining table, reclining seats, a barbecue, a large patio and a lawned area.The house has 4 large bedrooms, 3 doubles and a twin room, 2 large living rooms, a plasma TV with Freesat channels, a large dining kitchen fully equipped with all appliances including microwave, washing machine and dishwasher, 2 shower rooms, a further bathroom and a separate WC.
Please note that this house is ideally suited for 2 to 8 guests, plus babies. Any bedroom can accommodate travel cots if required. We do not have a sofa bed in any of the lounges. Travel cots and high chairs available free of charge.

Getting there from the Information Center
From the High Street in Dornoch turn left on to Station Road. Continue
for 250m then turn right onto Stafford Road. Grange Cottage is the second
house on the left.
Getting There by Car
From Inverness drive North on the A9 for approximate 40 miles until you
see a right hand turn onto the A949 signposted Dornoch. Turn right here
and continue for 2 miles into Dornoch village. Turn left at main T junction
in center of Dornoch onto Station Road. Continue for 250m then turn right
onto Stafford Road. Grange Cottage is the second house on the left.
Getting There by Railway
Trains run daily from Inverness to Tain. Dornoch is 6 miles from Tain
and has bus services or local taxis available.
