All our bedrooms are beautifully appointed, with central heating and delightfully
furnished for your comfort, paying particular attention to detail, with
spacious en-suite facilities and complimentary toiletries.
All rooms have TV with free view, radio alarm, hairdryer, razor adaptor/socket,
and tray with complimentary tea/coffee, herbal tea and Scottish shortbread.
Iron facilities are available, just ask.
Laundry can be done at the laundrette only 5 minutes from the house
Comprehensive range of tourist information and internet access available.
Note:- For those of you pursuing outdoor activities, we have secure
storage where you can store your equipment, such as bicycles, fishing
gear, golf clubs and outdoor wear. We also have a drying room room, which
is good for drying off wet clothing etc.
Breakfast:
Breakfast is enjoyed in the dining room. A substantial continental breakfast
from the buffet is included in your rate.
Breakfast Times Will be served between Monday-Friday 7.30-8.30 am Saturday
& Sunday 8.00-9.00 am Unless otherwise agreed.

Leave the M90 at junction 1, signposted for Inverkeithing/Dalgety Bay
and Kincardine, turn right along Admiralty Road (A985), go straight ahead
at roundabout (Indian Restaurant on your left), then take your first right.
We are the third house on the right hand side in Norval Place. We are
within a few minutes drive after leaving the motorway.
From the South
