The Victorian Town House is privately owned and run by Jim and Doreen
Jarvis who welcome you warmly and ensure that your time at Davaar House

Davaar House Hotel's 10 traditionally furnished bedrooms offer a superb
standard of accommodation.
Each room has an en-suite bathroom, Flat screen TV, telephone, hairdryer
and tea/coffee making facilities. Free wireless Internet connection.
The Davaar's splendid lounge antipathies the elegance of the Victorian
era. The white marble fireplace, the ornate moulded ceiling reflecting
the flicker of oil lamps describes this rich room. Relax and savour this
ambiance and select from our small bar an aperitif.
The modern Scottish cuisine is cooked by Doreen Jarvis, a devotee to
using fresh local produce.

Our tasteful, intimate restaurant has earned awards from The Scottish
Tourist Board and Taste of Scotland.
The modern Scottish cuisine is cooked by Doreen, a devotee to using fresh
local produce.
The Fife valley and the coastline produce an abundant supply of the finest
fresh vegetables, seafood and succulent lamb. The fresh beef and game
are sourced from Perthshire.
Specialising in private parties - private functions can be arranged to
suit the individual occasion - family celebrations, business meetings
and weddings.

Our menus are frequently changed and offer superb quality at an affordable
price. The dishes capturing all the fresh flavours and textures are accompanied

to help you select a wine from the carefully compiled wine list to compliment
your choice from the menu.

The burial place of King Robert the Bruce. The cave of St Margaret, her
secret place of worship, one of Scotland's holy shrines. The birth place
of Andrew Carnegie - his house is open to the public. Travel around Dunfermline
by vintage bus and visit all the local places of interest.

Halls.

· Junction 3, A907 to Dunfermline
· Straight on through town, over Sinclair Gardens roundabout
· At the 4th set of traffic lights turn right into Chalmers Street
