North Dhuloch Cottage has 3 double bedrooms 1 with en-suite shower. Separate lounge with 32" LCD Television. Mini hi-fi with CD player, dining table to seat 6 and extend to 8.
Fully fitted kitchen with built in fridge, freezer and washing machine. Breakfast bar. High chair on request. All linen/towels provided and changed weekly.
Bedroom One:
Has a large double bed / double wardrobe with en-suite bathroom and built
in shower. 15" LCD T.V. Cot on request.
Bedroom 2:
Has 2 single beds with under beds to sleep 4 and a built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3:
Has a double bed.
Please note that there is a separate bathroom with electric shower.
Please also note that the cottage is strictly NO SMOKING/NO PETS.
Outside has a large decked area with patio set, BBQ area, washing line with small garden and private parking. The main house had grounds extending to 1.5 acres and may be used for children wishing to play on request.

Situated 3 miles east of Dunfermline Town Centre on the B981 Crossgates/Inverkeithing Road. From Crossgates travel south on the B981 and we are located 1.2 miles on the right hand side after exiting from a sweeping right hand bend.
From Inverkeithing we are 3 miles north heading towards Crossgates on the B981pass the Scout camp of Fordel Firs on you right we can be seen from exiting the double bed on the left hand side set back some 200 yards off the main road.

Inverkeithing station is 5 minutes.
Access to Edinburgh is only 35 minutes. St Andrews 50 minutes. Perth 25 minutes.
