located on the first floor or second floor of the hotel and free wi-fi

Standard Twin or Double
All rooms either have a bath, shower or both. Some rooms have a river
front view and are priced accordingly. If you have a preference please
state at the time of booking. They will try their best to accommodate
your request as availability allows. For single occupancy we use either
our double or twin rooms at a very small supplement. All rooms have hairdryer,
flat screen TV, bathroom amenities, kettle and tea/coffee tray, telephone.

of Dunkeld is situated just over 10 miles north of Perth and south of
Pitlochry on the A9 Perth to Inverness Road.Take the turning into Dunkeld
(sign posted Blairgowrie / Coupar Angus) head over the bridge and the
Atholl Arms is situated on the right hand side. We are the large white
building with spectacular views over the Tay.To access the hotel car park
turn right at the end of the bridge and then sharp right down the lane.
