is hidden a mile and a half down a farm road adjacent to the owners property.
An ideal spot to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. Converted in recent years from an old barn, it is detached with the accommodation on the upper floor and storage rooms beneath so is very private.
It offers comfortable accommodation for four people, having two separate bedrooms and a spacious open plan living area with a log burning stove for those cosy Scottish evenings.
Leading out from the sitting room is a balcony allowing beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Inchtuthill Coach House lies near the village of Spittalfield which is between Dunkeld to the West and Blairgowrie to the East. The river Tay is less than half a mile walk away.
Historic Scotland surrounds the area with numerous castles and palaces. Glamis and Blair Atholl castles and Scone Palace to name a few. Enjoy Scottish food and live music in nearby picturesque Dunkeld.
Larger towns like Perth and Dundee are within twenty to forty minutes away and the major cities of Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen all within an hour and a half away with excellent shopping facilities. Of course many people want to come to Scotland just for the outdoor activities of which there is a huge choice.
