Dunoon hotel An 18th century house with stunning panoramic views. Undercliff was built as a holiday and summer house for a wealthy Glasgow merchant.

The house has been recently modernised & has en suite rooms through out, but keeps all the original features including the stained glass windows. Undercliff house has extensive views over the Firth of Clyde & surrounding hills.

The residents lounge & balcony have panaoranic views over the Firth of Clyde & surrounding area.

With 5 rooms Undercliff will spoil you for choice whether it be a room with a sea view or a room with a garden view. All rooms are en/suit with colour televisions also tea & coffee making facilities. Undercliff also has FREE Wi-Fi throughout the building.

Benmore Botanic Gardens

The Castle House Museum, which has been open since 1998, is one of Dunoon’s most historic locations. Dunoon became a holiday resort when Lord Provost Ewing of Glasgow bought the land around the ruined medieval castle and built himself a holiday home. This was in 1824 and many other wealthy businessmen followed his example.

Dunoon & District Angling Club however can offer brown trout fishing in surroundings approaching the ideal, amongst some of the most beautiful scenery in Scotland, and all within 15 Miles of Dunoon.

Winston Churchill Stalking was established Oct 1988. At this time we were focused on providing a deer stalking service for sportsmen.

Situated in picturesque Loch Fyne on the West Coast of Scotland the new Portavadie marina complex is ideally located to give access to the Firth of Clyde and some of the best sailing waters in the world. These are sailing waters that can accommodate every level of ability.

The main walk is a 57-mile way from Portavadie on Loch Fyne in the West to Inveruglas on Loch Lomond in the East.The Cowal Way, originally conceived by Jim McLuckie and Colintraive and Glendaruel Community Council was a mini long distance footpath running the length of the Cowal Peninsula.
