The large, elegant Drawing/Dining Room has an original 18th century fire-surround
with gas coal effect open fire in a traditional dog grate. The three Georgian
windows (with original working shutters) allow an abundance of natural
light and provide views over to George Street.
This room benefits from a 43" plasma screen television with over
30 digital channels. The Bose sound system incorporates a DVD, CD player
and FM radio which is connected to the integrated “Octopus”
sound system allowing music to be played in every room in the apartment.
The two-seater settees can be folded down to form 2 comfortable double
beds and the mahogany dining table will seat 6 people.
The well equipped Kitchen provides all modern conveniences including
dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer and waste disposal unit. This
room benefits from a separate Hi-Fi system and 14” colour TV.
The Bedrooms (one double and one twin) are situated to the quiet rear
of the property and each window features the original working shutters.

Getting there from the Information Center
From Waverley Tourist Information Center turn left to proceed along Princes
Street in the direction of the Royal Scottish Academy. About 300 meters.
At the Royal Scottish Academy cross Princes Street onto Hanover Street
and walk up the gentle slope to the junction of Hanover Street with George
Street which is marked with a statue of King George 4th. Cross George
Street and continue down Hanover Street for about 30 meters. The entrance
to no. 77 is on your right.
Getting There by Railway
From Waverley station take exit onto Waverly Bridge and turn right to
get onto Princes Street. Turn left to proceed along Princes Street in
the direction of the Royal Scottish Academy (300 meters).Cross Princes
Street at the Royal Scottish Academy into Hanover Street and walk up the
gentle slope towards George Street where you cross by the statue and begin
walking down Hanover Street about 30 meters The entrance to No 77 is on

Getting there by Aeroplane
From Edinburgh Airport take the airport bus to city Center (Waverley bridge).
Walk on to Princes Street and turn left walking along Princes Street in
direction of Royal Scottish Academy (300 meters). Cross Princes Street
at Royal Scottish Academy onto Hanover Street and walk up the gentle slope
towards George Street where you cross by the statue and begin walking
down Hanover Street about 30 meters Entrance to the flat is on your right.
Getting There by Ferry
From Rosyth Ferry Terminal follow directions for A90 Edinburgh City Center,
cross the Forth Road Bridge. Follow the A90 dual carriageway which becomes
Queensferry Rd. At Barnton Roundabout follow the A90 for the City Center
Cross the Dean Bridge, take the first turning on your left (traffic lights)
into Randolph Crescent and first left into Great Stuart Street. Turn right
into St Colmes St. Drive along Queen St. Turn right at the 2nd set of
traffic lights into Hanover St. N0. 77 is on the left.
