Arden Guest House has 8 comfortable rooms all with en-suite
private facilities and Arden House can accommodate up to 24 persons which
makes it ideal for larger parties. We have 2 family rooms and 6 double
/ twin rooms.
All of our rooms have been recently styled with a cool, contemporary
look.
Neutral, calming tones are complemented by a splash of vivid browns and
rich oyster colours.
Silk mixes with leather and wood and the overall effect is soothing.
Add to this an en-suite bathroom, tea and coffee making facilities, satellite

We are also extremely convenient for anyone from out of town visiting
or wishing to be near relatives or friends at the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary
at Little France, literally a few hundred yards away.
A hearty traditional breakfast is served in our tranquil
conservatory breakfast room. With crisp white tablecloths and fresh flowers,
you?ll enjoy a great start to the day. When the sun shines, you can breakfast
on the patio.
We offer a traditional Scottish breakfast with a Continental Breakfast
buffet also available providing a vegetarian option with a wide variety
of cereals, fresh fruits, cheese, croissants, grapefruit, yoghurts, and
breads if preferred. Our cooked breakfast consists of bacon, sausage,
egg, mushroom, tomato, potato scones, hash brown and baked beans. Fruit
juices, freshly brewed teas, gourmet coffee, hot chocolate and toast is
also provided. Specialist breakfasts (gluten free, diabetic etc.) can
be organised with prior notice to the kitchen.

Attractions including the Castle, Holyrood Palace, the
former Royal Yacht Britannia and Craigmillar Castle - or a golfer looking
to spend a few days playing your favourite sport.
Arden Guest House is convenient for most of Edinburgh's tourist attractions

Edinburgh's many attractions are world renowned, such as Edinburgh Castle,
Holyrood Palace and the Royal Yacht Britannia, but even little-known gems
like the magnificent Craigmillar Castle and Little France, an area settled

a stone's throw away from Arden Guest House itself.
You can leave your car at our guest house and we are only a short walk
from the Royal Infirmary on the A7. The Commonwealth Swimming Pool is

The bus stop is directly outside our Guest House and major bus routes
