The Botanical Society of Edinburgh was founded at this property in 1836 although much as changed since then. The building has been lovingly restored to combine beautiful traditional features with a classic contemporary style, and the interior rivals any of the city's boutique hotels - you are sure of a stylish stay at no 15. The property benefits from being situated on the ground floor and has its own prestigious entrance boasting the original flagstone floor. Throughout the property you will find the most intricate cornicing along with other features such as the original fireplace in the lounge. There are of course all the modern facilities you would require, including an integrated music system throughout every room (including the shower), Sky television in every bedroom (and the kitchen), plus a wide-screen plasma television in the lounge, also with Sky. All the bedrooms have iPod docks and only the highest standard of appliances have been fitted in the kitchen. This stylishly furnished apartment comprises generous sized lounge with 'living flame' gas fire (for those chilly Scottish evenings); large kitchen/dining room perfect for entertaining; master bedroom with en suite shower; two further double bedrooms (both with king size beds) and a main bathroom with shower. Further benefits include a private car parking space and gas central heating. Braemore Deluxe Residences FacilitiesIroning Facilities
