Buzzo Guesthouse (established 1975) is a 3 star family run guesthouse
situated in a quiet residential area close to Edinburgh's city centre.
We are only a short walk from the main road with a frequent bus service
into the city centre (around 5 minutes by bus).

FAMILY ROOM (ensuite):
This large room is made up of one double and two single beds. This room
is situated at the front of the house on the upper floor with great views
of Arthur's seat. This room has it's own ensuite bathroom with a shower
and comes with a fresh towels, a tv, free wifi and tea & coffee making
facilities.
DOUBLE ROOM (ensuite):
This room features a large double bed and has views to the East. This
room has it's own ensuite bathroom with a shower and comes with a fresh
towels, a tv, free wifi and tea & coffee making facilities.
TWIN ROOM (shared facilities):
Located at the back of the house with views to the rear, this twin bedroom
features two large single beds and a wash hand basin. This room shares
a large bathroom (with bath) with the triple room just across the hall.
Free wifi, tv, fresh towels and tea/coffee making facilities are included.
TRIPLE ROOM (shared facilities):
Located at the front of the house with commanding views over Arthur's
Seat and Salisbury Crags, this triple bedroom features a double bed and
one single bed. This room shares a large bathroom (with bath) with the
twin room, just across the hall. The room features a wash-hand basin.
Free wifi, tv, fresh towels and tea/coffee making facilities are included.
DINING ROOM:
Enjoy a full freshly cooked breakfast in our bright dining room which
has views over Arthur's Seat and the Salisbury Crags. This area is tastefully
decorated to make you feel right at home!
- Free on-street car parking is available, and all rooms have TV's and
FREE WIFI.
Casa Buzzo Guesthouse is particularly handy for attractions such as Holyrood
Palace, the Scottish Parliament, Festival Theatre, Royal Commonwealth
Pool and Arthur's Seat.
The house enjoys splendid views of Arthur's Seat and Salisbury Crags
which you can enjoy whilst savouring breakfast served every morning in
our traditional dining room.
We will happily cater for special dietary requirements on request. Should
guests be leaving early in the morning a breakfast tray will be provided
the previous night.
Edinburgh is a vibrant city to see at any time of the year, but especially
during the Edinburgh Festival, and we are situated close to the 'old town'
of Edinburgh where many of the venues are located.

Getting there:
Casa Buzzo Guesthouse is located on Kilmaurs Road in the Newington area
of Edinburgh, and very close to A7 arterial route in to Edinburgh from
the south.
By Bus: There are many buses on the A7 (30+33+14) which
take around 5-8 minutes to reach the city centre. A day unlimited pass
is available for low cost.
By Rail: Edinburgh Waverley is around 2 miles / 10 minutes
by taxi.
By Air: Edinburgh Airport is around 25 minutes by taxi.
