Castleview Guest House Accommodation
Castle View is a spacious Georgian penthouse apartment on the 3rd and 4th floors of an Edinburgh townhouse.
Room attractions and facilities:
All rooms offer private ensuite facilities, remote control colour TVs,
a hospitality tray with tea, a selection of herbal teas, coffees and Scottish
shortbread.
Each bedroom also has hairdriers and radio clock alarms.
A selection of toiletries is provided.
We also display brochures of many of the popular attractions in Edinburgh
at reception, but some of our own favourite restaurants and places to
see are included in your personal Newsletter in your room.
We have converted the upper floors of the building and all the rooms have been recently refurbished and offer the best in comfort for our guests. Our aim is to offer the highest standard of service and amenities to delight our customers and encourage their return.

We are a haven above the bustle of the city with lovely views from the front of the apartment to Edinburgh Castle on the right and the Firth of Forth to the left.
We are located in the heart of Edinburgh, right next to the world famous Princes Street, so you are ideally placed to take advantage of the many attractions Edinburgh has to offer.
Waverley station, St Andrews Square bus station and the International Conference Centre are all less than 10 minutes walk away. The airport is 20 minutes drive away at the west of the city.
Please note that Castle View is entirely NON SMOKING throughout.
Castle View is a family owned Guest House. Our policy has always been that we always give our guests the welcome, standard of service, amenities and hearty breakfast that we would like ourselves whether we are on holiday on a business trip.
Castle View is a 3 star Guest House (VisitScotland Quality Assurance scheme) and is in the Good Hotel Guide. We enjoy many recommendations in tourist guides and make every effort to ensure our guests have an enjoyable stay here at Castle View and in Edinburgh.
We can advise on our favourite restaurants, entertainment and sightseeing.

Check-in time is between 13:00 and 23:00 (any later by prior arrangement)
luggage may be left here anytime from 8:00 am in the morning until 12:00pm
or at the manager's discretion.
For Guests checking-out, please note that the Castle View Guest House
is not responsible for luggage left after 5:00 pm.

Edinburgh is famous for its International festival and also the
Edinburgh fringe which run in August.
However there are plenty of other festivals which run throughout the year.
