Welcome
to Craigmore Bed and Breakfast. We have a southwest facing ground
floor room with kingsize twin beds, luggage space and en suite shower/
w.c.
Our north facing room has kingsize twin beds and an en suite bathroom with large roll top bath and shower.
Both rooms have TV with tea and coffee facilities, along with a radio alarm clock and hair dryers. There is wireless access in both rooms and the lounge.
Comfortable lounge with TV. There is restricted off street parking and unrestricted street parking available.
Breakfast is served in the dining room overlooking the
garden which is well kept and colourful, containing chairs and tables
for guests to sit out.
Breakfast includes a wide selection of cereals including oatmeal porridge.
Eggs are made to order and can be accompanied by bacon, sausage, black
pudding and mushrooms. Special diets are catered for.
We do not offer an evening meal but do offer homemade soup, rolls and
a glass of wine. There are also good restaurants situated within walking
distance.
We hope you enjoy your visit to historic Edinburgh and can guarantee you
a warm welcome in our comfortable, well appointed home.
Craigmore is located in Corstorphine on the West side
of Edinburgh, 15 minutes from the City Centre and only 7 minutes from
Edinburgh Airport.
We are very near the bus route and buses are every 5 minutes to the city
and every 10 minutes to the airport. We are also within very easy access
to the main Scottish motorways to Stirling, Glasgow, Dundee and south
to England.
Lovely home with secluded garden, situated 3 miles from airport and city centre with a frequent bus service to both. A full Scottish breakfast is served in the dining room, overlooking the garden. Special diets can be provided. There is a well furnished comfortable lounge with TV. A friendly welcome is assured! Restricted off-street parking available.

Getting there from the Information Centre:
From Princes Street: Follow signs for A8 and Edinburgh Airport. When you
come to Drum Brae roundabout, after about 3 miles, turn right onto Drum
Brae South, then 1st left into Craigs Road. We are No20 on the right.
Getting There by Car:
From City Bypass A720: Take the A720 to the Gyle roundabout and then the
A8 for the city centre. At the Drum Brae roundabout, about 3/4mile, turn
left at roundabout onto Drum Brae South, then 1st left into Craigs Road.
We are No20 on the right.
From the Forth Road Bridge: Take the A90 to Edinburgh. Pass the Cramond Brig Inn on the left, at the traffic lights take the right-hand lane straight through. Go through the next traffic lights, but turn right at the following set onto Drum Brae North. Go right up, then down Drum Brae North/South to last set of traffic lights. Turn right just after the traffic lights into Craigs road. We are No20 on the right.
Getting There by Railway:
Follow signs for A8 and Edinburgh Airport. When you come to Drum Brae
roundabout, after about 3 miles, turn right onto Drum Brae South, then
1st left into Craigs Road. We are No20 on the right.
Getting there by Aeroplane
Take the A8 for the city centre. At the Drum Brae roundabout, about 1.5
miles, turn left at roundabout onto Drum Brae South, then 1st left into
Craigs Road. We are No20 on the right.
Getting There by Ferry:
From the ferry follow signs for Edinburgh. Take the A90 to Edinburgh.
Pass the Cramond Brig Inn on the left, at the traffic lights take the
right-hand lane straight through. Go through the next traffic lights,
but turn right at the following set onto Drum Brae North. Go right up,
then down Drum Brae North/South to last set of traffic lights. Turn right
just after the traffic lights into Craigs road. We are No20 on the right.
