The Kaimes Guest House is a beautifully decorated Victorian House which is centrally located and has 12 bedrooms which consist of family rooms, double/twin rooms, triple rooms and single rooms.
Most of the rooms have en-suite facilities.
All rooms have colour TV, tea/coffee facilities, hair dryer and iron is
provided on request. All the rooms are immaculate and freshly decorated.
We offer a choice of full cooked Scottish breakfast or Continental breakfast. The continental breakfast consists of cheese slices, ham/chicken slices, cakes, fresh fruit, a large variety of cereals, fresh orange juice, tea/coffee and brown/white toast. We are able to provide an early continental breakfast upon request.

Local Area:
Kaimes Guest House is situated in a quiet residential area on the south
side of the centre of Edinburgh. We are only 20 minutes walk from the
very centre of town and close to Haymarket station. There are restaurants,
bars, shops, theatres and amenities at the end of the road. A regular
bus and very reasonable taxi service is available for less energetic guests.

is a powerful national symbol and part of Old and New Towns of Edinburgh

We also have an excellent bus service which operates from outside our guesthouse and the journey via bus takes approximately 5 - 10 minutes to travel into the heart of the city centre (Princess Street).
