the centre of Edinburgh.
Our Victorian townhouse, situated in a residential area in the south side of Edinburgh, has been fully restored to its former glory.

served with a warm welcome from Agnes Holligan and family.
We are pleased to arrange city and day tours in Scotland, with a pickup
from the guest house. We can also arrange car hire, laundry service and
theatre and restaurant bookings.
You may be lucky and receive a welcome from Charlie, our talkative African Grey Parrot.
The Kariba Guest House is only 15 minutes walk away from the city centre.
It is conveniently close to many major attractions and the Edinburgh International
Conference Centre.
